Pakistan’s First Fully Integrated Runway-to-E-Tail Fashion Week Announced: LAAM Fashion Week

Lahore, September 1, 2025 — LAAM, Pakistan’s largest digital fashion retail platform, in collaboration with Design651, has announced the launch of LAAM Fashion Week (LFW) — the country’s first fully integrated runway-to-e-tail fashion week, set to debut in January 2026 in Lahore.

Bridging the gap between creativity and commerce, LFW will transform traditional runway showcases into instant shoppable experiences. Through a dedicated LFW website, every look presented on the runway will be available for global purchase, solving one of the industry’s most pressing challenges: turning high-impact runway visibility into scalable retail access.

With over 3.5 million monthly active users, 120K+ products, 1,500+ vendors, and shipping to 120+ countries, LAAM has become the world’s largest South Asian fashion discovery platform. The launch of LFW marks the platform’s natural evolution into a global fashion economy contender, spotlighting Pakistani and South Asian fashion on an international scale.

Designed as a bi-annual event, each edition of LFW will feature high street labels, textile houses, luxury fashion brands, and couture ateliers. Its mission extends beyond fashion — aiming to empower local designers, digitize creative industries, showcase South Asian craft heritage, and create new revenue streams for artisans and businesses, under the ethos of Made in Pakistan. Worn by the World.

Amir Iqbal, Co-Founder & COO of LAAM, emphasized:

“Our mission has always been to empower South Asian fashion businesses to dream bigger and scale globally. LAAM Fashion Week is a celebration of this very spirit: bringing our designers’ stories to the global stage.”

Arif Iqbal, Co-Founder & CEO of LAAM, added:

“Technology is at the heart of LAAM. From AI-driven personalization to data-backed logistics, LAAM Fashion Week is not just a showcase of fashion, but also of how innovation can transform culture into a global movement.”

With LAAM Fashion Week, Pakistan takes a bold step towards positioning itself as a serious player in the global fashion industry, where style meets technology and runway meets retail.
