One of the country’s leading fashion designers Humayun Alamgir open doors for his clients with his new yet largest flagship store in Karachi (Tariq Road). The outlet is an expansion to enrich the royal experience. “I have been in the business for eighteen years, this is my fourth outlet in Karachi,” a proud Humayun Alamgir shares his views on this big day.
“We were existent on Tariq Road earlier but that was a small store. This one is a flagship store, the biggest we have. We had a lot to offer, so I went all in and got this store launched before Ramadan and Eid-ul-Fitr 2024.”
He continued, “I wanted to bring life into clothes. I came across a lot of people who weren’t interested in wearing stylish clothes, so we have different cuts and colors for them. In general, we have simple clothes, traditional shalwar kameez, sherwanis, suits and prince coats. Apart from the fancy tuxedos, we have started formal and causal suits.”
The new outlet has lots more in the offering. “I have launched a range of accessories, we have different watches, perfumes, semi-formal shoes and leather bags for men. I have also ventured into women’s wear, my sister ‘Hajra’ is taking care of that section.”
Humayun’s Eid Heritage 24 campaign features, Danish Taimoor, Feroze Khan and Muneeb Butt. “People like to coordinate clothes so we offer matching outfits not just for father and son duo but we are making the entire family wear the same color.”
