Maestro Nabila and Team Soar High at IIFA 2022

Nabila, the woman behind the famous ‘Zero Make Up’ and N. Gents was on board as the official stylist at the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards 2022 in Abu Dhabi. Nabila and her team, for the second time, were the official backstage partners and collaborated with choreographers and designers while devising hair and makeup looks for the participants.

With over three decades of enriching experience, the mastermind behind iconic celebrity looks in Pakistan, Nabila made Bollywood biggies look stunning.

Indian director Farah Khan termed Nabila and her team ‘fantastic’ and said, “Just to say, it’s the first time I’m using Nabila and her team and they’re absolutely fantastic. They are world class. So, the international team, Bryan and Owais, if they can make me look so good, they can make anybody look good”.

Did you know?

Nabila and her team were preparing for IIFA from the last four months. The graphic team developed a special collage with a mix of IIFA and Nabila brand logos, tossed with pictures of Nabila’s thirty years journey. This artwork was printed on the aprons of the team and hundred goody bags for IIFA guests.

“We bifurcated the salon into a ‘ladies’ and ‘gents’ space with receptionists who would schedule appointments for the guests. We also set up a waiting lounge and there, we served kadak chaye, vegetable samosas, paans and mithai that we had brought in from Karachi!”(Source – Dawn)

The IIFA Rocks event was held on Jun 3 and the Main Awards was held on June 4, saw the who’s who of the industry in attendance. From big industry names like Salman Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwariya Rai Bachchan, A R Rahman to the younger generation of actors including Vicky Kaushal, Kriti Sanon, Ananya Panday, Sara Ali Khan were seen gracing the glitzy event.
