The King of couture Hassan Sheheryar Yasin aka HSY is all set to launch a new collection titled ‘The Rehana Collection’. What’s special about it is the fact that HSY pays homage to her mother and has named the collection after her name. Also, he has designed “affordable” festive clothes keeping in mind that every woman has the right to look beautiful. It will be launched on March 8, International Women’s Day.
HSY announced his upcoming collection in a video on his social media handles. “For the first time ever, HSY introduces affordable festive collection for the women of Pakistan, named after his mother Rehana,” read the caption. “It is also the first time that the King of Couture, HSY, combines his forces with Pakistan’s largest fashion discovery platform, LAAM Official, to bring to you a collection that encompasses elegant, affordable pieces which embody the qualities of love, strength and courage. This exclusive collection with LAAM aims to celebrate all women of substance around us,” it added.

In the released teaser, the designer can be seen sitting in a pristine background of red roses. “Love, strength, endurance, bravery, and beauty. These are just a few phrases that sum up my mother, Rehana, and many strong women like her,” he said.
“With these great emotions in mind, I have selected four ladies for the campaign of my upcoming collection who have inspired us all with not just their craft but also their boldness and individuality,” the designer added.
HSY said he has another objective about this collection, which is to make it affordable for all women struggling during these difficult times when inflation is on the rise “because looking beautiful is every woman’s right”.
