Pakistani dramas have been at the core of our entertainment business for decades, bringing amazing talent from actors, writers and directors into the spotlight and acting as one of the country’s most accessible forms of entertainment. If you’re not updated on the ARY Upcoming Dramas yet, we at Fashion Times Magazine are here to give you a closer look at what ARY Digital is bringing for you.

Baddua

Post the humungous success of ‘Qayamat’ the daring actress Amar Khan is back with another powerful act. Interesting, and intriguing; the first teaser has been creating the right buzz. Written by Samina Ejaz ‘Baddua’ is Khan’s first project for ARY Digital. Also, it’s her first collaboration with actor Muneeb Butt. The teasers depict the premise of a household where Amar plays Abeer, a strong headed and ambitious girl willing to live life to the fullest and most importantly on her own terms.  The play is produced by Abdullah Seja and is directed by Syed Ramish Rizvi. With a combination of good actors and a good director coming together, ‘Baddua’ looks dramatic that would offer something different.

Amanat

There’s a great deal of excitement over the initial teaser of ‘Amanat’ starring Imran Abbas, Urwa Hocane, Saboor Aly and Haroon Shahid. What’s interesting is the fact that Saboor features in a never seen before avatar. Her role seems very different from what she has done before. Besides looking stunning; her character offers major shades of grey. Also spotted in the teasers is the leading pair Imran and Urwa who drive the narrative forward. An exciting story aside, hopefully, we’re about to witness some powerful onscreen performances.
