Sarmad Khoosat’s Zindagi Tamasha might have been through the ringer but hey, there’s a silver lining. The movie receiving appreciation and acclaim internationally will finally see the light of the day in Pakistan. The film will have a nationwide release in Pakistan on March 18th, 2022.

Zindagi Tamasha is written by Nirmal Bano. It is written and directed by Sarmad Khoosat. The film features a stellar cast Arif Hassan, Samiya Mumtaz, Eman Suleman and Ali Kureshi in the lead. The plot revolves around a naat khawan Rahat Khawaja played by (Arif Hassan). He faces hardships and backlash in life when a secret from his personal life opens out in public.
For the unversed, the film has won the Kim Ji-Seok Award at the prestigious Busan International Film Festival in South Korea and also won two accolades at the 6th Annual Asian World Film Festival.
