Are you smitten by Sana Javed’s new look and visible weight transformation in drama serial ‘Sukoon’? Well, you’re definitely not alone. The actress exuded radiance and glow like never before. The reason behind her perfect body is the weight loss regime that she followed. The actor along with her ‘Sukoon’ co-stars appeared on Nida Yasir’s morning show and disclosed the secret behind her stunning transformation.
The conversation started on a fun-filled note when Ahsan Khan mentioned how Sana barely ate anything during the day. “You look so thin, so skinny, what’s going on Sana what are you eating?” asked Nida, to which Ahsan was quick to reply, “She’s actually not eating anything. The whole day passes by and this girl doesn’t eat anything!” Sana said, “Firstly, thank you, because this means all the hard work that I’ve been putting in is paying off. Secondly, I do eat, but only healthy things.”
Ahsan revealed some more secrets and said, “When we’re on set and I go into Sana’s room, there are these packs of biscuits, chips, nimko, fruits, and I wonder why because she doesn’t eat anything” However Sana clarified the above statement by Khan and further emphasized the effectiveness of intermittent fasting. “I actually don’t eat any of that. They just bring these things for me. I think intermittent fasting works for me,” Sana added.
When asked about the importance of looking a certain way for a character, Sana shared, “I didn’t used to care before, I always focused on the performance. But after this drama, I realized that one needs to really work on their looks. What you wear, how you talk, all of that shapes the character, builds it.”
