The former actor is doing her bid to help the Palestinians during the ongoing atrocities by the Israeli government in Gaza and the West Bank. The artist shared her recent work and dedicated it to the mothers of Gaza.
Her Instagram post read, “My recent work is part of Wajood-e-zan curated by Sannia Bilal. It’s now on display at Haam Gallery, Lahore,” Naimal shared on Instagram. “When I conceptualised it and worked on it for months, I dedicated it to the strength and beauty of the women in my life, an ode to motherhood.”

Veteran filmmaker Hassan Askari passes away in Lahore
Renowned director Hasan Askari passed away in Lahore on Monday after battling cancer. The esteemed director took his last breath at 78 in Shaikh Zayed Hospital. Askari, who enjoyed a distinguished career in the film industry that spanned several decades, made significant contributions to both Punjabi and Urdu cinema. He directed around 60 Punjabi and Urdu films, additionally producing 10 of them.

Film star Reema and Shaan Shahid gathered to celebrate the 25th wedding anniversary of Rambo and Sahiba. Post Maulana Tariq Jamil’s son’s death, celebrities talk about the vitality of mental health
Asim Jamil, the son of renowned Islamic scholar and preacher Maulana Tariq Jamil, died after sustaining a gunshot wound to his chest at his farmhouse. Many celebrities have since taken to social media to talk about the vitality of addressing mental health issues openly.
For all those who say that depression happens because of [distance from religion], please take the example of Maulana Tariq Sahab’s son who was suffering from it even though he had a household full of religious activities and his father [was] such an honoured religious scholar,” stated actor Zara Noor Abbas Siddiqui on her Instagram Story.
Anoushey Ashraf penned in her Instagram Story, “I hope those celebs who unknowingly but hurtfully speak about how depression is being away from Allah realise that it’s very much a medical issue. Many troubles and issues in life can perhaps be because of your disconnect with the higher being, get your viewpoint, but depression is a ‘real’ sickness and disease. It’s not being away from God, it’s being ill. Very ill in such cases. Saddened to hear about the passing of such a young man. Rest in peace.”
