Female TikToker Ayesha Baig along with her companions was allegedly harassed and assaulted by hundreds of men grope in Lahore’s Greater Iqbal Park on Independence Day. The victim, and her friends, were making a TikTok video in the park when hordes of men of all ages climbed a fence and attacked them. The victim clothes were torn off and she was tossed in the air by the mob.
The incident came to light after a video of the incident started circulating on social media with citizens expressing anger over the actions of the men in the video.

Police have registered a case against 400 people allegedly involved in the incident. In the first information report (FIR) registered at the Lorry Adda police station, a copy of which is available with Dawn.com, the complainant stated that she, along with six companions, were filming a video near Minar-e-Pakistan on Independence Day when around 300 to 400 people “attacked us”.
She said that she and her companions made a lot of effort to escape from the crowd. Observing the situation, the park’s security guard opened the gate to the enclosure around Minar-e-Pakistan, the FIR quotes her as saying.
Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday has taken notice of the people assaulting a female TikToker at Minar-e-Pakistan on the eve of August 14. As per details, PM Imran Khan contacted Inspector General of Police (IGP) Punjab Inam Ghani and took details of the incident. He directed Punjab’s top cop to immediately arrest the people involved in assaulting the woman.
Many celebrities were left in shock after the incident and expressed their anger on social media.
