Ever since the first look of Amar Khan and Mikaal Zulfiqar’s upcoming project for GEO dropped, our excitement went sky rocketing. The intriguing teasers promise high-octane drama and we can’t wait to watch it on our screens. The project is written by Sadia Akhtar with Saima Waseem as the director.
It features a stellar cast that includes Ali Abbas, Kinza Razzak, Uzma Hassan, Fajjer Khan, Kashif Mahmood, Azra Mansoor, Munazzah Arif, Seemi Raheel, Haseeb Khan, Ismat Iqbal, Maham Afzal. Produced by Abdullah Kadwani and Asad Qureshi of 7th Sky Entertainment, here is all you need to know about the upcoming drama serial.
The plot depicts the story of a rich and successful man Zaviyar Ahmed played by (Mikaal Zulfiqar). He crosses paths with an innocent and naïve girl Dur-e-Nayab (Amar Khan). The latter is from a middle class family and Zaviyar on many instances helps her financially. Of course, he has developed feelings for her. Nayab’s adversity meets Zaviyaar’s destiny in a compelling tale of love and endurance. But there is surely more than meets the eye to Zaviyar’s character.
The project introduces a new on-screen pair of Amar Khan and Mikaal Zulfiqar. The duo not only look stunning but emote well through their expressions. The teasers surely create the right anticipation with the viewers. The plot however is a bit ‘been there seen that type’, but a good blend of experienced actors, aesthetically shot with grand visuals and a well-packaged product seems to be the USP of the play. The drama serial has yet to get an air date.
