The much-awaited teaser of Daghabaaz Dil is out. After building up the audience’s excitement with the first look that showcased the fresh pairing of Mehwish Hayat and Ali Rehman Khan, the teaser now takes the audience on a joy ride.
It is a breath of fresh air, with crackling chemistry between the lead pair, generous doses of fun, music and emotional drama along with all the trappings of a film directed by Wajahat Rauf. The dialogues delivered by Momin Saqib, “Larki ki maa ko sofay py nahi, kursi py bitha diya. Phuppo ko khaanay ka hi nahi pucha” hint at the family politics at a desi wedding.
The teaser also gave a glimpse of the peppy music created by the combination of Aashir Wajahat and Hassan Ali coming together. The poster released earlier brings alive the world of the film, which is very colorful, fun, and full of life. Given that it’s a Wajahat Rauf film we can guess that the story of the film will be anything but cliché.
Written by Mohsin Ali and Wajahat Rauf, and produced by HUM Network Ltd. the film also stars Saleem Sheikh, Babar Ali, Laila Wasti, Tazeen Hussain and others. Daghabaaz Dil is slated to release on Eid-ul-Fitr 2024.
