Ingredients
Green Coriander: 1 bunch
Mint leaves: 1 bunch
Green chilies (small): 15-20
Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
Garlic cloves: 5
Salt: 3/4 teaspoon
Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon
Water: As required
Method
Blend all the ingredients in the blender by gradually adding water. The consistency should be balanced i.e., not too watery or not very thick. Chill it in the refrigerator and enjoy with any dish.
