Ingredients

 

Elbow Macaroni: 1 packet (boiled with salt)

Chicken: 1 cup (boiled with a little salt)

Milk: 1 liter

Butter: 100 grams

Refined flour: 1 tbsp

Cheddar Cheese: 200 grams

Chicken Cubes: 1

Oregano: 1 tsp

Thyme: 1 tsp

Tomato Ketchup: 2 tbsp

White pepper: 1 tsp

Black pepper: half tsp

Red chili flakes: 1 tsp

Mushrooms: 1 cup (sliced)




Method:

 

Heat butter in a wok, add refined flour and mix well. Pour milk, and add cheddar cheese, chicken cubes, oregano, thyme, white pepper, black pepper, red chilli flakes and tomato ketchup. Give it a good mix until the cheese melts, now add boiled chicken and sliced mushrooms, cook for another 2 minutes. Fold in the boiled macaroni. Check the consistency, it shouldn’t be too thick or too liquid. Serve hot with garlic bread.

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Total time: 30 minutes
