Step 1: Ingredients for Mince Preparation
Elbow Macaroni: 1 packet (boiled)
Mincemeat: Half Kg
Black pepper: 1 tsp
White Pepper: Half tsp
Red Chili Flakes: 2 tsp
Mustard powder: 1 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Method: Heat oil in a pan, fry the meat and add the spices. Let it cook for five minutes, cover until the mince gets tendered.
Step 2: Ingredients for Red Sauce
Garlic: 4 cloves (chopped)
Chili Garlic Ketchup: 3/4 cup
Oi: 2 tbsp
Vinegar: 3 tbsp
Black pepper: Half tsp
Water: Half cup
Method: Pour oil in a sauce pan, fry garlic until golden brown. Add the remaining ingredients. Now add water and cook it for two minutes. Keep aside.
Step 3: Ingredients for White Sauce
Flour: 1 tbsp
Butter: 1 tbsp
Milk: One and a half cup
Mustard Powder: 3/4 of a tsp
Black Pepper: Half tsp
Salt: Half tsp
Method: Heat butter at low flame, add flour and cook for a minute. Add all the seasonings, gradually pour milk and stir continuously, until it gets to a medium to a thick consistency.
Step 4: Assembling
Grease the Casserole pan with butter, place half of the boiled macaroni. Spread the mincemeat, pour red sauce and white sauce. Cover it with the remaining macaroni. Garnish it with a cup of cheddar cheese, cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake it in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at medium flame.
