Star Performances

Tinkay Ka Sahara rides high due to power-packed performances and every character has a definite role that is beautifully executed. We have mostly seen Sami Khan in more humble roles, but Khan as Vasay gets out of that mold with a crackling performance that will be regarded as a highlight in his promising career.

While there was never a doubt about Sonya Hussyn’s acting abilities, with Tinkay Ka Sahara she proves it once again that she is one of the best in the business. She plays Qadar with an air of inevitability and stands out amongst the cast of talented actors. Also, her chemistry with co-star Haroon redefines an absolute natural performances. Even though they’ve never been paired up before, they were certainly a pleasure to watch together. As they say, big things come in small packages, Hammad aka Haroon Shahid’s journey was short but highly impactful. Rabab Hashim also gets the dynamics of Duriya on point.

Intelligent Storytelling & Execution

Tinkay Ka Sahara rests completely on the water tight script by Zanjabeel Asim Shah and director Zeeshan Ahmed’s unparalleled vision of storytelling. The latter squeezes out every ounce of potential from his actors to the delight of the viewers. The dialogues and the script are both very engaging, one won’t find any dull moments. In a nutshell, the simplicity, camerawork, and transitions in the show are exemplary.

Low Predictability  

Tinkay Ka Sahara is anything but predictable and Hammad’s death is a testimony. Even if you guess a part of the story, predicting what happens right after is next to impossible and we love narratives which have no predictability factor whatsoever. The surprises, highs, and lows make it acceptable to all classes of viewers.
