Ace celebrity trainer, fitness influencer, entrepreneur, and devout mother, Sehr Beg makes us want to take care of ourselves for ourselves. When it comes to eating clean and staying fit, she is hands down one of the most motivational personal trainers we’ve ever seen. What sets her apart from the rest is that she is honest with her clientele about how they can really embark on their weight loss journey while incorporating a healthier lifestyle. Staying on top of her game, Sehr is dedicating her life to health and wellness where she shares her motivation to help us all get up, get moving, and begin our fitness journey one squat at a time.
Sehr Beg is originally from Hunza but moved to Karachi approximately five years ago. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, an MBA from NUST, and has worked extensively in various Human Resources roles for over six years. However, after becoming a mother, she chose to take her health and wellness to the next level. Her own transformation inspired her to become a trainer because she wanted to share that inspiration with everyone. Always enjoying her athletic side since her teens, it was only around 2015 that she took fitness on as a profession and has been training ever since. She has also provided personal training sessions for several celebrities and has single-handedly helped them reach their fitness goals through hard work, dedication, and planning. Apart from being a fitness trainer, Sehr is a certified runner who has a passion for running. She has run for charity and has been the recipient of medals in international marathons as well.
With the principle of mind over matter, Sehr Beg is all about that motivation mindset! Unlike the stereotypical fitness guru, Sehr chooses to inspire her audience by helping them understand that only internal motivation will get them the results they want. Beyond the idea of just having a fit physique and looking good, she reminds us that it is also important that we feel good and our overall well-being is improved through the choices we make on a regular basis. Being an inspiration for everyone who aspires to live a healthier lifestyle, Sehr encourages good nutritional values as well such as incorporating a balanced diet with good carbs, proteins, and lots of greens.
Turning her passion into purpose, Sehr Beg continues to change the game by breaking boundaries, crushing stereotypes, and smashing sessions. With 6 years of expertise under her belt, she now aspires to encourage everyone to live a healthier, happier life. Sehr is currently training men and women through her HIIT sessions, morning, afternoon, and evening.
