We at Fashion Times Magazine bring you a simple yet amazingly delicious Chicken Corn Soup recipe, that you can prepare at home without putting in much effort. The good news is that this soup is super easy to make and doesn’t take a lot of time.
Water: 3.5 liters or 14 glasses
Chicken with bone: 300 grams
Sweet Corn: 6 tbs
White Pepper: half tsp
Chinese Salt (Optional): 1 tsp
Salt: 3 tsp
Corn flour: 6tbs or as required for thickening
Egg: 1 (beaten)
Method:
Boil the chicken for about half an hour until the chicken gets tendered. Strain the chicken stock with a strainer. Blend 4tbs of corn with half cup of water. Shred the boiled chicken, dissolve the cornflour in 1/2 cup water and keep aside.
Now pour the stock into a large wok, give it a boil and add chicken. Add the blended corn mixture and the remaining 2 tbs of corn and cook it for five minutes. Add all the seasonings; set the taste accordingly. Gradually add cornflour according to your desired consistency. Now turn off the flame and add egg by whisking continuously. Garnish it with a splash of vinegar, soya sauce, and chili sauce. You can serve crackers as well.
