Well, if you don’t believe me, try my mother’s family recipe of Beef Cutlets. I bet you wouldn’t have experienced such taste before. It is easy to prepare, with fewer ingredients and tastes delicious. Without further ado, try this recipe for your next tea party or dinner.
Beef Cutlets Recipe – Ingredients:
Beef Mince: Half kg
White Vinegar: 1 tbsp
Mustard powder: 1 tsp
Black pepper: 1 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Bread slices: 2 medium (soaked in a quarter cup of milk)
Onion: Half cup (chopped in omelet style)
Green chilies: 6-8 (chopped in omelet style)
Green Coriander: Half cup (chopped)
For coating
Beaten Eggs and bread crumbs: as required
Oil for frying
Beef Cutlets Recipe – Method:
Boil the mince with water and vinegar. When the meat gets tendered, add salt and let the access water evaporate. Dish out in an open utensil so that it cools down. Now add mustard powder, black pepper, onions, green chilies and green coriander. Now take the soaked slices and press them hard to remove the excess milk. Add the bread slices into the mixture and mix well. Make cutlets in oval shape and let them rest in the fridge for about half an hour. Dip a cutlet into the beaten egg and roll it into bread crumbs. Shallow fry it until golden brown. Serve with Tomato ketchup.
